2-1-1 Miami-Dade County
Miami-Dade 2-1-1 is a free, 24-hour human services helpline available to those in need in Miami-Dade County by dialing 2-1-1. It provides free telephone crisis counseling, crisis intervention and information and referrals that assist families and youth cope with their most pressing issues. This line is funded in large part by The Children’s Trust.

2-1-1 Monroe County
Monroe 2-1-1 is a free 24-hour human services helpline available to those in need in Monroe County by dialing 2-1-1.

Started in 1968, the Original HELPline was once known as “The Hippie Hotline” and continues to serve individuals, families and business in Miami-Dade County. Specialty trained counselors are trained to help callers find their way through their worst challenges, providing crisis counseling and information and referrals.

A dedicated, tri-lingual, 24/7 PrEP (pre-exposure prophylaxis) Helpline for South Florida, with particular emphasis on Miami-Dade County. The Helpline will enable callers to receive answers to their questions, and receive referrals regarding PrEP and other related concerns.

Veterans Crisis Line (VCL)
The Veterans Crisis Line is a national line that connects Veterans in crisis and their families and friends with qualified, caring counselors through a confidential, toll-free, 24/7 helpline.

The Advocate Program Veteran Support Services HELPline
The Supportive Services for Veteran Families program provides supportive services to very low-income Veterans and their families residing in or transitioning to permanent housing by offering a range of supportive services, offered through Veteran Crisis Line designed to promote housing stability.
Human Trafficking Hotline
In alliance with the State Attorney’s Office, Switchboard manages a 24/7 local sex trafficking hotline, so that tipsters, victims, parents and citizens have a responsive local resource to report incidents of sex trafficking or receive free counseling.
LGBTQ HELPline & Suicide Awareness
The LGBTQ HELPline is for individuals, family and friends who identify themselves as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and those questioning their sexuality (LGBTQ) throughout Miami-Dade County.
The Seniors HELPline provides specialized support and information and referrals to seniors and their caregivers. This line compliments Switchboard’s Seniors Never Alone Program.
Youth Gang Hotline
The Youth Gang Hotline is available for those who are tempted to join a gang or trying to get out, afraid of losing a child to a gang, have a family member affected by gangs or concerned about gangs in their neighborhood.

Hotline in partnership with the United Way that allows the community to donate money to individuals after a disaster.
Lifeline Crisis Chat
Switchboard works in partnership with the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and CONTACT USA to provide the Lifeline Crisis Chat. The Lifeline Crisis Chat is an online chat service that is available nationwide and provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and suicide prevention to chatters.
Crisis Text Line (CTL)
Switchboard works in partnership with DoSomething.Org to provide the Crisis Text Line. CTL helps teens in crisis by connecting them with a compassionate, trained listener through a toll-free texting service. CTL is available nationwide and is 24/7.

Since 1982, individuals and families in the Keys have been calling the HELPline for crisis counseling, wellness calls, and information and referrals.

The Cope Hotline is based out of Ozaukee, Wisconsin that provides emotional support, crisis intervention, and information and referral services. This line is answered after hours and on weekends.
